Service Contracts include a wide variety of service functions, from Ambulance Services and Security Guard Services to Government Relations and Marketing Consulting. Service contracts are procured and executed using two separate processes:
Solicitation For Bid (SFB)
Lambert provides prospective bidders with job specifications and minimum qualifications. Lambert selects the lowest (dollar amount) and best bid for award of a contract.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
When needed, Lambert seeks the most qualified consultants through an RFP. A committee selects the consultant based on qualifications and responsiveness to the RFP document.
All airport service contracts must be approved by the St. Louis Airport Commission and the City of St. Louis Board of Estimate and Apportionment.
