Services – Contract Opportunities
Service Contracts include a wide variety of service functions, from Ambulance Services and Security Guard Services to Government Relations and Marketing Consulting.

Concessions – Contract Opportunities
Concessions involve all business operations at Lambert including food and beverage, newsstands, bookstores, retail sales and other services.

Concession Bid Solicitation: 
All concession contracts must be competitively bid. Lambert will conduct a pre-bid meeting for all interested parties. Concession bids are publicly opened and read. The Airport Properties Department reviews all submitted bids. A contract will be awarded to the highest and most qualified bidder who meets the bid document requirements.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise - DBE Programs

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) office is responsible for administering programs to encourage the growth and development of minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and disadvantaged businesses in Lambert and City of St. Louis projects to the fullest extent possible.

 

The DBE program includes services for certification of DBE businesses, monitoring contracts for compliance with DBE participation goals, and outreach activities to attract new DBE's.
