New Ticket Counters Arriving Soon
Lambert has unveiled the new backdrop to American Airlines' redesigned ticketing area in Terminal 1. American's ticket counters and self service kiosks will be installed soon. Full ticketing operations in the renovated area are set to begin by late mid-to-late January.Ticket counter renovations for all Terminal 1 airlines will be completed in phases through late fall of 2012. The projects are part of the Airport Experience Program, which also includes new terrazzo flooring, lighting, signage and renovated restrooms on the ticketing level.
